Our Team
Mr. Morales has served as general counsel to Texas school districts, education service centers, political subdivisions, and private entities. He has experience with facilitating and resolving employment disputes by assisting human resources administrators, employee supervisors, police chiefs, and campus administrators. As a former Assistant Webb County District Attorney/Special Victims Unit prosecutor, Pete obtained unique and valuable courtroom litigation experience. He has provided training presentations to various levels of personnel over a variety of topics relevant to human resources, employee management, and legal compliance. Being familiar with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Public Information Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and more, Pete serves as a valuable resource for our clients.
